Following is our return policy; all orders are processed and agreed under the following terms:
- You are only able to get a full refund if the seal and original packaging is not opened or the product was not delivered
- If you have received a wrong item, then contact our support team. You are responsible for returning the parcel within 30 day period after delivery otherwise the return will not be accepted
- You are not eligible to get a refund if you change your mind after making the order once the item has been shipped from our end.
